This workshop will focus on helping artists to change how they see themselves…not only as artists, but also as entrepreneurs.
You will learn how to begin to take care of the business behind their art, including health & safety, networking, finances, marketing, acquiring resources/support materials and investing in yourself thus making the progress you seek in your career.
This workshop will take an overview approach of examining those areas of an artist’s career/business that need tending in order to make the changes and strategic moves that propel the artist forward.
Through lecture, handouts, storytelling (case examples) and resources, along with discussion and Q&A, you will be given enough information to embark on their journey to either managing your career more efficiently or taking your art career to a new level.
